I live near (w) Port Clinton Ohio. I usually fish alone and everyone I know/work with doesn't fish or anything. Dose anyone know of any clubs or something where I might make some fishing buddy friends or learn more about walleye fishing etc in my area.?

Try the clubs page link here at WC mainpage. Look for the West Cleveland Walleye Asociation. Not western Ohio but Port Clinton is not THAT far. How about Western Cleveland?

Check out this site http://www.gofishohio.com/ and go to the Lake Erie message board there. Sounds like a nice bunch of guys and there have been some offers of rides. My trips are often and usually spur of the moment and I fish alone a lot, so if you can go at the drop of a hat let me know. I'm in Fremont.
