Just a thought, but it seems like an idea that would possibly be something to think about implementing in the future, would be to have backup dates and or plans for tournaments that are to be held on rivers in the spring when flooding is a definite possiblitity. By doing it this way, anglers would know in advance of POSSIBLE tournament dates, and plan accordingly.
