Am going to Lake Cumberland this July any info on Big Catfish on this lake would be appreciated.

I will be on Cumberland the last week of June ,we usually do pretty good on stripers if you are interested .

Have also fished striper there with some moderate sucess.Had a hard time getting bait and info out of the locals they all wanted you to use guide services.Have you had any luck trolling for stripers?

I haven't trolled for them , it has to be unreal when they hit a trolled lure . We catch ours on live bait and plastic , we get the live bait off of the house boat at night with big lights . This year I bought a new net for catching bait called clear catch if it works half as good as the video I should be set. We just waited out in the main lake for the guide to go by and we follow them,we have fished the same spot for years . Every year we have fish that we can't do anything with them ,just too big for our gear. I would really like to catch some walleye out of that lake , have any of you done any good for walleye ?

www.clearcatch.com I also bought another net for keeping livebait in, it floats in the lake water . The biggest problem is trying to keep shad alive after you catch them.
