Hello guys and gals! Ive talked to a few people and i decided im going to get a vexilar for my boat for summer and winter use. I think im going to get the pro pack wit hthe 9 and 19 degree ducers. Well my boat is 12ft fiberglass, being pushed around wit ha 6hp Johnson, and I also hall it on a sigle place snowmobile trailer. Im guessing since I hall it on a snowmoblie trailer i have to set it up for the transducer is portable right? You can get 2 differnent types of suction cup mounts. One has 2 suction cups for high speed and the other has one. What one would you suggest to go with?

Slick check out this page http://www.vexilar.com/tips/tip7.html

If you are working with a fiberglass hull think on the in-hull method, less chance of transducer damage if you concerned about that possibility. This page shows the procedure for in-hull mounting. http://www.vexilar.com/tips/tip3.html

Hope this helps Slick!
