Merc kicker motor extension handle?

Looking for some names of kicker motor extension handles that people have used on a Mercury 9.9 4 stroke?
I have a trolling buddy telescoping handle that is OK? Looking for some different options. This kind does not slide on very well, therefore does not grip the handle enough.

Any suggestions?

I've owned two different types, but both clamp on to the throttle handle -- in both cases there was too much play and too little control. I no longer even try to use an extension.

I'll watch this post to see what is offered, as I'd like to know if a really good extension is available (mine motor is the 9.9 four-stroke Merc you mentioned).

Jeff this may sound really goofy but it works.I've seen some of the top pros do this fishing as a amateur.They buy a cheap plastic wiffle ball and bat set(about $2.99).Cut of the end of the bat,slide it over the grip of the handle utill its tight,for extra security it can be taped as well.What can I say,I saw it and it worked well.It even looked good,you get your choice of colors.Try it you've got nothing to lose.Good Luck

I ordered one fron cabelas, the one that clamps on and it works real good. (no complaints)

Best extention handle I ever used on a Merc was to cut a foot or two from the butt (bell) end of a flared 1-1/4" PVC irrigation pipe. (Normally you can only get the flared kind in 20' sticks, but sometimes the irrigation store will have scraps). It fit perfectly and gripped the handle plenty tight.
