We are about to purchase a new 65 lb bow mount MinnKota for our 1950 Tyee. Does the 54" or 60" perform better on this boat? Thank you!

On that rig definately get the 60". The 54" will work on calm days, but if you get a little chop it'll be popping out of the water.
THE 60 IS THE CHOICE I'D TAKE YOU DON'T WANT THE 54
