I just went to a 24 volt trolling motor Ive been running 12 volt till now i have a jumper going from pos.on #1 battery to neg on #2 battery but i have my depth finder and and 2 other accessories that are all 12 volt hooked to battery #1 ,now what posts do i connect my 24 volt charger to with out burning up everything thats 12 volts that are hooked to the #1 battery and is this possible. thanks in advance for any help.

My recomendation would be to not have accessories hooked to your Troll motor batteries, at all.
Hook only the troll motor to the two troll motor batteries....and charge away.
You need to hook your 24 volt charger on the same two posts that go to the trolling motor (On the two posts that the Jumper is NOT attached to). Basically the way you pull your 24 volts out is the same way you put it back in. As far as the depth acc. hooked to the trolling motor goes: your more likely going to have interference problems on the depth finder. Most good units will try to adjust this out and will turn your sensitivity down (in Auto Mode). Therefore you may see the interference or less fish or detail. They also say you will get more spikes when you turn the trolling motor on and off but, I can't believe it is any worse than hitting the key on the main motor.
