battery life

my current trolling motor batteries are 3years old when After I'm done charging them my meter shows 100% charged, I check them again the next day and my meter shows only 50% charged. is it time to buy new ones (what kind)or do they just need more recharging

just went thru this check out post on boat motor board . I had this same thing going on charged finily boiled batt. just bought a new stowaway 205 res min for 66 $ sams has them so does fleet farm I think it will be a good one
