View Full Version : Ranger 620 VS Value?

I own a 1999 Ranger 620VS with a 200 EFI Merc. I bought it in late August 1999 and it probably has less than 25 hours on the motor. It has a new Minnkota Auto, with a full size Eagle GPS and two lowrance graphs. Yachtclub trailer.
We are having our third child and we had to upgrade vehicles, house etc for the room. The wife says the boat has to go... divorce is not an option at this point. The 620 has not been out that long, and I really don't know what they are worth used. Anyone have any ideas?

I just went through the Classified section of Walleye Central and there's plenty of Ranger 620's out there to get a resale value idea from. Everything I saw was right around 30-32k.

Go back to the Walleye Central home page, then go to Classifieds and then to Boats and Motors. There are a fair number listed there as many pros sell their boat each year. (JohnnyMo posted while I was composing my post). The Classifieds are also a great place for you to consider selling your boat.

I'll second using the WC classifieds. You won't find a better rate & it can be on there til it's sold for 1 price.
Check out this site. It will give you all of the information that you need to price your boat.

Hey Mazaska,
E mail me if you are considering the Walleye Central classifieds to post your boat.
There is one slight correction though. It is now $30 dolars for 6 months, or until sold. That was changed to try to eliminate old posts for sold boats.
I sold my Ranger 692 on our board. Where else can a $30 ad cover the world?
