Heading to lake Erie this weekend Would like to do mostly walleye fishing but also some smallmouth fishing. I will be putting in between Monroe Michigan and cataba point (bass islands) where would be the best place to put in at to fish for both species. Where will the smallmouth be this time of year, and what is good bait this time of year. Any help would be apreciated I have only fished Erie a couple of times.
