I'm running a Honda 75 and was wondering about the use of fuel stabilizer. I know that it has to be added to my gas tank for winter storage, but is it harmfull or beneficial to add it [in the proper mixture ratio] throughout the year every time I top up my gas tank? Thanks.

It is needed year-around. It has nothing to do with the brand of your outboard, everything to do with the volatile nature of modern gasoline. I have Stabil in my outboard tank, kicker tank, lawn mower gas cans, and in every seldom-used vehicle we own.
Good point Phil! Gasoline begins breaking down rapidly (its fresh for only a couple of weeks, and begins breaking down)
