This past weekend I had noticed that the needle on my trim guage was sort of "creeping up"..ie.. when the motor was all the way down, the guage read about 1/4 up. After another day on the water, with the motor down all the way, the guage was now reading 2/3 trim...
Any thoughts?
Is there an adjustment to calibrate this, like a screw or something on the back of the tach or is it on the motor somewhere? I'm wondering if I bumped the back of the tach unit (through glove box)and somehow caused this.
The motor/trim is a Honda 50hp.
