View Full Version : Transom saver
Anyone have a suggestion on how I can keep my motor (Johnson 115) straight when trailer my boat. I use a transom saver and I would like to keep it straight on the saver. Is there something I can attach to the motor? Or the steering wheel?
Thanks,
Jeff
I just attach a short bungee cord from the helm to a nearby cleat.

Hi,
I just use a bungee cord from the steering wheel to the side rail that is on my boat. Works good.

The yoke on my transom saver cradles the motor such that it does not turn. 150 hp motor.
