I have a merc 150 that seems to be dripping oil in the splash well area, anyone else have this problem, it just started. thanks

I get the same from my Yamaha 200. It only leaks when the motor's tilted all the way up. I looked into it and think it's coming from the small reservoir inside the cowl. The top cap is seated as snug as I can get it and it still leaks a little--not much, but enough to make a mess.
Suggestions anyone?? Replace the cap??
