Why do wave wackers cost so much? I can make a set w/ a trolling motor cut out w/ rubber rings around the bolts for cheaper. Is there somthing extra special about wave wackers?

Try Whitecap in Prior Lake MN. He did mine for half the price of Wave Wackers. They were custom made for my boat, and have worked excellent! Whitecap.com is the website.

Try advertising in In-Fisherman and you'll understand their problem. But they've got a top notch product never the less. MOO
