Help! I am having difficulty with my Bottom Line Tournament Master HR. I am receiving an incomplete and flashing signal and cannot figure out what is wrong. I have tried remounting the transducer and changing the angle of tilt, but no success. I did notice that the transducer has a med to large scratch on the bottom face. Would this be causing my problem? If so, how do I repair it? Sounds foolish, but can I actually sand the scratch out using very fine sandpaper, or would I be better off sending the unit to Bottom Line...transducer and all. If anyone has it handy, I would like bottom line's e-mail address. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what your problem is, but I have previously sent my Bottom Line to be repaired, their turnaround time was excellent. These are the numbers I do have.

Hope this helps, its been few years since I've contacted them so hopefully one of these numbers is correct.
