Eagle ultra II and lowrance x-40

Does anyone have any experiences good/bad with either of these units. What I would really like to know is which one is better of the two. I just bought my first walleye boat and it came with these, but there are no instructions or specs with them. I am probably going to get rid of one of them and get a really good one and keep the other. What is either of them worth. Thanks in advance for any info...

You should be able to order manuals for those units from
http://www.lei-extras.com/store/defaultasp.com I havent had any experience witheither of those units.
