I have used both commercial versions of the wraps. One rubber that you wrap from tag end to hook end and the other that uses velcro tabs. I gave them away. I went to the hardware store and for 87 cents I picked up a 6ft section of the foam pipe insulation for 1 inch pipes. I have heard of people using the larger diameter stuff, or the kid water toys we call noodles. I like the smaller diameter to fit in my box. I cut it into sections to fit in the space in my tackle box that I have designated for snells - about 9inches each (I still have about a 3ft chunk left). I used toothpicks thru the section to provide an anchor and separation for each snell - about one-half inch extends from both sides - and it prevents it from rolling around. This has worked better than any commercial gadget, plus I am cheap.

The pipe insulation works great, and the price can't be beat. I just used some pins to hold a loop I tie in the end of the spinner leader.

Pipe insulation works good. Tuck the loop knot into the slit. Wrap the snell around, then stick the hooks into the foam. The 3" dia. foam works good and I hear it can be put into a tennis ball tube.

Cheapest, easiest, and best way I have found is to use the snack sized ziplock bags. Can store many of them in a very small space. Once in a while one of them will get a little tangled, but that is usually what happens when I unpack them new anyway, no harm: no foul.
