I know a guy who has a new or it was new in the spring of this year, Saltwater 200. Ever since he has had this motor it has been nothing but a headache. He has encountered many problems from loss of power to not running and other little probs. He has had this boat to the dealer many times and they can not find the problem. The Yamaha service techs have looked at it and can't cure the problems. My question is what is he to do? He was told he was getting a new motor but now that story has changed from Yamaha. He was told that there isn't any kind of lemon law on outboards. Any suggestions.
