This is in response to the Bad to Worse Post.
I have been unfair to a few points that I posted.
Valley Marine wasn't to blame for most of the problems. The dealership has actually worked with me to make things right.
The frustrations that I have had made me lash out. We will be working things out to make this right.
So Yakima Valley Marine, I'm sorry for the lash out. Most dealers I must say wouldn't put out the extra to make it right.
If I had to do it all over again I would buy the rig from them again. I just would hope my bad luck wouldn't do it to me again.
Please except my apologise.

The boat performs very well.

Sincerly,

Whitecap.

Hey Whitecap: Sorry you had such a bad expeiance with your new boat. I've seen a lot of this happen and people like you had good reason to be upset. What bothers me is you did a complete 180.
It makes me wonder if someone scared you somehow!!!
Your first mistake was to accept the boat in that condition in the first place. I suggest you take pictures of all the damage the dealer did and the damage done in shipping. Also if the engine was a problem contact the engine manufacture by letter and let them know if it was there fault or the dealers. Oh yes, send Lund some pictures of the damage also. Any company selling a high quality product like Lund are interested in these kind of problems. Good Luck and I hope things get better for you. D.R.

The 180 was for not thinking it all through before airing my frustrations. After thinking it over I noticed that it could hurt there bussiness and I don't want that to happen. The dealership it self was fine. It was just bad course of events that followed.
