A few months ago someone requested information on where to get Red River cereal here in the U.S.

It sparked an interest in me, because I love hot cereal and hadn't ever eaten this stuff. So, I have been looking for it, with not much success. I contacted the Robin Hood Flour Co. and they gave me a distributor number (1-800-626-3809). Well, I found out that there are many places to get it. Cub Foods, Super Valu, Rainbow Foods, and Lund Foods should have it. If they don't you can request they order some, because their distributors carry it.

Just a little FYI.........I know it isn't fishing, but think of it this way, "we have to feed those fisherpeople a good breakfast so they are able to catch the big fish"

I have another company that makes really good hot cereal that's also good for rolling fillets in. The web site is www.bobsredmill.com They have alot more than hot cereals. Their 8 and 10 grain cereal works the best for coating walleye.......
They're a good company to deal with quick service, we've gone through bushels this long winter!
