I heard that Pinpoint was purchased by Motorguide.

Where did you hear something like that?

Pinpoint was purchased by Brunswick Marine who also owns Motorguide a year ago.

This rumor may stem from the fact Brunswick's earnings have fallen short of expectations and they're closing some boat plants and suspending operations in others. That was in the Chicago Trib this morning.
