Pinnacle Tara

p. 67 of May-June In-sider shows the Tara and indicates it is on the website. if so i am not smart enough to find it. does anyone know what this unit costs and how good it is? don't suppose Pinnacle has started making a left hand retrieve? thanks

Not sure what kind of reel that is, but I have checked Silstar/Pinnacle website and they don't list it. I also checked Wolff, and Warner, two of the largest reel retailers, and they don't carry it either.

What type of reel is it?

I saw a Tata baitcaster at a Wall-Mart in Memphis, TN. Unfortunely, the only one they had left was the demo reel which which was already trashed. Quite a mixture of metal and plastic. Couldn't say any more.

it is a baitcaster. 5 bearing, flipping switch, etc
i am a confirmed left-hand retrieve guy but HAD to buy a Pinnacle Peak last year. it is a really nice reel despite being the only righthand i own. i never could resist a pretty face. the only place i can find the Tara is on e-bay. mostly i am just curious. i need another rell like a need ...
