Just another accolade for the folks at Cabelas customer service.
I ordered a bunch of lures two months ago (Tail Dancers and Ukko's). I just got them out to test them the other day. One of the Ukko's (a wagtail) was dead, didn't wobble at all and didn't track properly. I tossed the receipt a long time ago and have no idea what the order # was.
I emailed them and asked them to dig out the order # so I could return the item. Their response was this : we are sending a new lure (straight version same color), a check for the differance, and you keep the old one.
