would like suggestions for a s.s. prop. the boat will be used both inland and at lake erie for tournament fishing.

Same suggestion I told the guy with the Alumacraft but down a little in pitch. Trophy Plus 21 pitch, maybe 23. My personal opinion is the High Five sucks big time. Tried it on my 150 Optimax and Crestliner SF 1750. I would never recommend one.
I agree with Miksup, go with the Trophy Plus in 21p. I'm running that prop with a 175efi Merc and it's great. I think 23p would be too big.
