Sure I'd rather have Wave Wackers, but I can't swing the $ and frankly my boat isn't worth it. I have an engineer friend who custom cut me some 1/4 inch smoked Lexan for free. Now, it's time to drill some holes. What size(width) bolts should I use?? Maybe 3/16 or 1/4 inch?? And, how many? 3 or 4 bolts per side?
Any suggestions will help, as I don't have acces to any boats with store bought splashgaurds to use as a model right now.

The lexon will probally crack. Try a 5" conduit cut in half or prefurably use PetroFlex cut to leave 210 degrees of industrucktable splashguard. Ask your engineer budy to make you some strap brackets. luck be with you.
