From what I understand it is a spinner with Two or Three hooks instead of one. I may be wrong. I prefer not to use those as most of the lakes i fish are snaggy, and with more hooks the more snags you get. try using only 1/2 a crawler and one hook instead.
A crawler harness is a leader with two or three hooks on it. It can be rigged as a spinner(most common), with floats, a single bead or plain. It is most commonly used in conjunction with a bottom bouncer. This presentation is very snag proof. If you are snagging try using a shorter leader or moving faster. This technique is a great way to cover water. It allows you to move rather quick while using live bait. About 1.5 mph or slower is typical.

Your kidding right? Its a snell with 2-3 hooks on one end, a series of colored beads or floats and a colored blade, and it can be fished hundreds of ways, and is probably the most snag free lure you can use. And probably the most effective and easiest to learn to fish. This is how I taught my 6 year old nephew how to troll, and he caught fish the first time out, by himself.
