We usually fish north of Mobridge towards Pollock, we fish out of "The Point of View Resort" about nine miles south of Pollock. I'd don't know the water conditions currently, but you could e-mail them at info@pointofviewresort.com they might be able to help you. I've found that the fish like vertical structure like bridge pilings or trees that are sticking up out of the water. Rope off to them and pitch jigs down to the bottom and work up. Be careful roping off to the trees, we had one break off and head down stream on us two years ago and we didn't realize it right away, could of been bad if we had not been able to get the rope released. Good luck, Let me know how you do.
