St. Croix River

Does anyone have a guess when the St. Croix River (WI/MN border, Hudson area) will re-open to boat traffic? What are the parameters for that to happen? And who determines it? The DNR or Corps of Engineers? Thanks.

there is some discussion the Corps will remove the boat restriction on parts of the Mississippi by May 7th, the Croix can't be far behind. See applicable thread on fishtheriver.com
