View Full Version : hydraulic stick steering
I run a 75-hp Honda tiller on a 17-foot Lund Angler. I don't want to install a steering wheel, but with the advent of hydraulic steering, I'm wondering if anyone makes a stick steering set-up that needs less space than a steering wheel/console. Anyone?

There is a product called Ezy-Glide "STIK II" stick steering model 830. Unfortunately, it is only rated to 40 HP. If you want to see a picture of it go to BoatParts.net and run a search. Also:Surplus Unlimited of Daytona Beach, FL carries it. Maybe they know if a bigger model is available from some other manufacture.

Warrior boats makes the Pro-Tiller system, and I'm pretty sure they will sell it to be installed on any brand of boat. Contact a dealer, or the company direct at 320-963-5005. Not cheap, but the guys I know who run it really like it.
