whoever said this is good line is crazy. I tried this line 4# and 6# and had nothing but trouble. I was at chamberlain S.D. for the P.W.T. and it kept breaking, so went back to old standby. Trilene 4# and never had a problem. But gave it a good test thank you.

I agree. This line is junk. It casts pretty good but breaks too often and too easy.

The problem you are having is due to the fact that 4 lb is 4lb not 6 like the Berkely line.

Is this the finesse or the tough.

I like the Tough, so far, but the finesse is an easy break.

Has anyone tried the tough?

I was using 12# finesse and was practice casting a 1/2 oz. weight on the plush lawn. Even though I was checking the line for knicks and retying aprox. every 20 minutes, it was still breaking but never at the knot. I was using a new rod and the guides were fine. If this happened to you, would you trust this line?

why did the 6# line break if it is 6 I tried everything not impressed. I still prefer trilene. Top line ##### far as i'm conserned.
