Home made snap weights

Okay .. so the Scottish is coming out of me.

Anyone know of a simple way to make your own snap weights. They look simple enough to make using clothes pegs, O rings and weights. Am I missing anything here? I'd like to make my own and customise the "weight".

I like to use rubber bands,loop them anywhere on line and pull them off at any time you need too.Only pennys a peice(lots of pro,s do it this way)

Aligator clips with some plastic tubing over the teeth.
