Hi all, just asking if anyone out there, especially Great Lakes fishermen (and women), can give me feedback on this boat? I am considering this or a Lund 1800 Pro-V. I have a Lund Angler II that's going on 11 years now and am ready to move up, particularly for fishing Lakes Erie and St. Clair, as well as the Detroit river. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks and good fishing, Jim S.

Not sure what the price differences are, but I would compare the Yar-Craft 1895 BT with the Lund 1800. These two boats are closer to the same size than the 1785 and the 1800.

The Specs are:

1785 BT 1895 BT 1800 BT
Length 17'5" 18'10"(closer to 18') 18'4"
Beam 85" 95" 92"
Weight 1050 LBS 1275 LBS 1370
Max HP 75 HP 125 HP 90 HP

I've got the 1895, ride like a dream, very smooth. Tons of storage and more. Dual rod lockers which can hold more rods than we need. One tiem I had 17 rods in one rod locker, and there was still room for more. If you are interested in the glass boat, you owe it to yourself to check out the 1895 BT. E-mail me if you have more questions.

Sorry man, it looks like my specs ran together, but I gleened them from both catalogues that are sitting on my desk. If interested, I also have the Ranger, Tuffy, and Warrior catalogues sitting here as well.
