Merc 4-stroke support bracket

I have a merc 4-stroke 15hp kicker with no hydo tilt. I have tryed straps when running in ruff water. I comes with a thin bracket to hold it tilted up. I remenber seeing Gary Parsons with an aftermarket bracket. Does anyone know were to get one or what else I might do.
