Why does it keep poping up all the time and I get alot of noise from my motor????Why??

Tighten the release mechanism on the transducer. This device protects the transducer if you hit something in the water. I don't have a clue on the noise you are talking about.\

The noise could be that your ducer is mounted too close to your motor, or the noise may be bubbles from rivets or any number of things.
Does the interference show up at any certain time? Going backwards, etc?
