"BREAK AWAY" NEED INFO

My friend recently told me about the new BREAK AWAY rig ,he saw it on the outdoor channel.I have tryed using the sinker first method and it always gets tangled , from what he said this new system
would eliminate this problem.
If anybody has used this rig, I would like to hear more about it, and more importantly I need to know where I can purchase it.

USE A RUBBER BAND ON THE END OF THE LINE PUT THE RUBBER BAND THOU THE THE SINKER WHEN YOU GET A SNAG THE BAND BREAKS

Deadeye; I think I saw something about it on Americana Outdoors or something like that. It was a rig for long casting with a drop sinker like a three way rig. If I remember correctly the line with the hook was somehow pulled back and attached closer to the rod tip leaving the sinker on the drop line hanging down. Now when the cast is made the weight of the sinker pulls the hook loose (breaks rubber band?) and leads the way. I quess that avoids the line tangling. They were shore casting on the Gulf.
