A friend of mine bought a new 115 last year - has had problems ever since. Last year the thing could not even pull a skier (it replaced an 88hp on the same boat which pulled skiers no problem.) He took it in several times with no change. He finally got disgusted last week and demanded some service - brought it home and ran much better out of the hole to top speed then gradually loses power. Tried over and over same problem, back on the trailer back to the dealer. Hoping you guys have some ideas I can relay to him - thanks.
