I will be running a 1800 Pro V Se with a 175 Vmax hpdi. The question that I have is that on propping. Dealer said the Lazer II from Merc will be a better prop than the Pro Series from Yamaha, does any one have any experience with this setup. Both props in a 21p. The dealer has a good selection of Merc demo props that he said I could try to find the best setup. But doesn't carry any Yamaha demo props. I would hate to order a Pro Series if it is not the best possible choice for my rig. I would like decent holeshot, but want top end performance.
