I know a company in Aberdeen SD makes them. I will try and find the article that references them. I can't think of it right now though.

I tried them. They sell bulk. 144 at a time.

Waz, I make my own. Now, I realize you're not the handiest tool in the shed :-), but all in all they're pretty easy to make. I bought a wire forming thingy from Cabelas and make 'em sitting in front of the t.v. You might want to give it a shot.
