SA off/on during China plane downing ??

I got an e-mail today from a guy that said he noticed SA being cranked up a bunch after the plane went down. I didn't use my unit during the last few weeks and was wondering if anyone noticed the same problem. He was located in Alabama and I've got no clue as to how wide an area was involved.

Yes, I noticed that. If I followed my plot track on Big Stone from 2 weeks ago last weekend, I would have been trolling on shore!!

I'd estimate the plot track was off approx 75 feet.

At this time the SA is being turned on and off. Never
know when on. Has to do with China.
