Noise in 150 VMax

Last time out there was a high pitched ringing noise coming from the 150VMax. It seemed to start at about 3200RPM. It wouldn't get louder at higher RPM. Any suggestions on what the proplem could be would be great.

You left your alarm clock in the engine compartment after changing plugs! Get it out of there, and it will stop!

Pull the cover and have a buddy listen to see if he can find where it is coming from under all that other noise.
