I have a couple of light Penn open faces (not quite ultralite) and have a problem finding any dealers. When you go to Penn or search you get a reseller of some nature with a very limited product line. Cabella or Bass Pro like the salt water. There's gotta be more to it. Where do I get more product data?

Being a St Croix fan it is only natural we couple these with american made reels, of which Penn is just about the last survivor. I am knee deep in Shimano and very happy with them but I also love the Penns I have.

Thanks for any help.

I'm pleased with my 4300SS reels that I bought last spring. Have you tried www.marksosin.com? He may have a link to his long-time sponser.

I sent one of my Penn spinners in for repair a year or two ago. Got it back pronto with no charge. Happy Penn user. I use them for both salt and fresh water.

TLY. I also use a Penn reel with a St Croix rod I won at a ice fishing contest. Never had a problem with the reel, but nice to hear positive comments about service for them. Very nice reels but don't see many of them.

I really like my 4300ss as a light outfit, also with a St Criox rod.The reel is extremly smooth.I will be getting a 4400 soon.
