1950 2.5 hp Johnson Sea Horse

I have a 1950 Johnson Sea Horse. I would like to repaint the cowling and touch up other areas. Any Ideas where i could get the same color spay paint. Also how about the decals, can i buy new ones somewhere? The color is that soft geeen

I'm not sure about the paint, but contact Terry at American Outboard Motors (www.americanoutboard.com) regarding the decals. He might be able to point you in the right direction for paint too.

try calling gregs repair in spencer ia if i'm right he can even get part for all makes of old outboards if its not greggs he will know the name of the place in spencer

If the Johnson is that light green color, you might try you friendly NAPA auto parts store. They were carrying the paint a few years back. It is called Seafoam Green.
