My dad just left for South Dakota to fish Oahoe, and I was wondering if the bite is really as good as it sounds. I heard fish in the 14-16 inch range are stacked up. What's the lastest news? Thanks for input, WS

I think the bite from the little guys at Oahe will be good. How come he didn't bring you along? The farther north the better the bite right now. He should catch plenty of smaller fish but the bigger ones are a little harder to find. Hope he does well.

Used to guide there in 83, 84, 85, & 86. At that time almost all secondary points in main channels like the Chyenne (?) down to the Mingeconji (?) launch were great. The outside north/west point of the Cheyenne arm (in the main body) was very good. I forget the names of other arms but on any arm where it connects to the main body the first two points in and outside of the arm are great fish holders.
good luck a.m.
