Hi 620T Owners: I am interested in this walleye machine and have a few questions. Is the 620T a difficult boat to tow? What size truck and engine combinations are you using as a tow vehicle?
Also, I am currently leaning towards the F-115 as a power plant and was curious if it fits the boat well, ie tiller length, size and weight. Lastly, having run the boat for a summer, would you buy another or think about something else? Thanks for all your information!

Hey Hooked Up,

I pulled the 620 dual console with a 1996 Chevy 1500 with the 302ci V-8. The truck worked very well. I'd say as long as you run a V-8, you should be fine.

As to the questions about the 620T, we have George Liddle Jr., and Frank Owens of Ranger in our chat room tonight. (7pm Central time)

See my other post on the General Discussion board.

Have fun............R

Pull mine with a 2001 Suburban. Hardly know it's there.
Something to think about. This months Bass and Walleye boats did a review, however they also had a press release on a 140 HP Suzuki 4 stroke. My dealer says that it will be the same size as the 115, weigh 5 pounds lighter than the 115, and it is anticipated that Ranger will rerate the 620T to accomodate the new HP (currently at 125). Tiller will be available. I gotta believe it'll run 43 to 46 mph.

I would buy another in a heartbeat.
