I'm considering purchasing a big water walleye boat this fall. Can anyone give me any firsthand feedback or recommendations on this boat?

Thanks Much.

Is that the 1785 or 1775T?

I own a Skeeter 1775T/Yamaha F80 tiller, and love it. It handles big water better than most 18 footers I've fished in. The rig is very economical to run, has an ok layout, looks great and is cheaper to own than any other boat(glass or aluminum) in its class. I seen Pierz Marine closing them out for $15995 with extras! The boats not a speed demon, it's fairly heavy at 1390 lbs plus the motor. Don't expect to run any faster than 38 mph alone and empty. Two guys and gear about 33-34 mph. Buy it you'll be happy.

My buddy runs one with the F80 Yammie also. He loves the boat. I have fished with him in extremely rough water and although it wasn't as smooth as let's say a warrior, it was still nice. I think you will like it. The 80 pushed it surprisingly well.
