Hydraulic Steering ID

I need help identifying a hydraulic steering system. The steering has a pump that is mounted on the outside of the transom on the left side of the main motor and is electric. The pump is pretty big; it is about 16 inches long and 3 inches in diameter. When I turn the key to start the motor I can here the pump running. It also seems to have cable steering too. It is on a 1995 Cajun walleye boat. Can anyone ID this unit? Thank for your help.

I have one made by Mercury. It is the power steering unit, that is powered by hydralic fluid. It is the best unit around, and not made anymore. The safety of Cable steering with a power steering pump that will keep the boat on track. Regards, MarkC
