i have read some negativeness towards the out of staters in this message room. i would personally like to say thanks to all of the out of state fisherman that bring their fishing poles to south dakota. not only do we offer top notch fishing for you, but we greatly appreciate your business as it helps out our whole GF&P and our state's economy. i would like to say to those of you that speak negatively about out of staters this: we would have a tough time keeping our resources functioning without the help of our out of state neighbors, and also, there are just as many in-state fisherman that litter, drink, etc... as out of staters. i am sorry that we have such single minded fisherman in our state.
SD welcomes all out of staters. please don't let the few inconsiderate honkys let you stray from our beautiful state.

Anyone with an appreciation for big sky (not only Montana) abundant natural resources, grand prairies plus rugged badlands, and friendly people will continue to visit South Dakota and it's neighbor to the north. The Dakotas are super places. Don't sweat a few bigots who look at license plates instead of natural beauty.

Thanks Tony, I try to make it there a couple of times a year, but I sure hope the people of Iowa don't treat anyone like that. I have been going to Webster SD and have been treated quite well, I like to see smiles on peoples faces and be freindly. If I'm treated bad I just go somewhere else, but I have to say 99% of the people I've meant have been awfull nice. My brotherinlaw also goes out there was stopped and searched by the officials after being turned in by a local but found nothing but his limit. Don't let a small group ruin it for everyone
