Anyone having problems with their Raytheon 365? I have had to replace two pins on the power supply connection. The last time I had to send it in to Ray marine and have them repair it. I didn't have to pay the repair cost but did have to cough up $25 for the expedited service or wait 2 weeks. Couldn't wait 2 weeks!!!!!! Let me know :D

I have an Apelco 365 which is the same as a Raytheon 365. I have been using it frequently for three years. Your problem probably comes from not carefully inserting the power plug and bending the pins. I have not had this problem but I hear that it is pretty common. I usually moisten the edge of the plug where the O ring is and it slides in much easier. I hope this is a little help.
