Had to send my old Eagle GPS in for repair (dropped it on a concrete garage floor), and they sent me a new Lowrance Global Nav 310 as the replacement.

(Thanks, Lowrance -- $69.95 for a factory fresh unit after 5 years!)

To save me comparing the two User Manuals, page-by-page, is there any subtle difference at all in the two units (other than all my secret waypoints are now in the bitbucket!)?

I've owned both units and could not find any difference between the two-Tom

I've got the 310. I don't think there are any differences, Lowrance makes the Eagle lines in most cases identicle. I've heard the only differences are warranty's, but not positive.

Thanks.

Looks like exactly the same unit, but wondered if there might be some obscure features different. Wonder why there was a price difference when both units were sold new (the Eagle versions isn't sold anymore).
